Just popping in...

to share what we've been up to...

Our woodshed is nearing completion. Notice the tarps -- yes, the Pacific NW rains have arrived. With only Saturdays to work on the shed, my hard-working man is getting it done nonetheless.

My youngest turned 12 (pictured here with her bff).

The next two photos were taken by AnnaLynn, by the way. Seems she's inherited her big sis's photographer's eye...

Such a joy to listen to the beautiful music these two have been producing of late. They're working on duet which you can listen to here.

AnnaLynn and I attended the 2012 Christian Heritage Mother & Daughter Tea in Tacoma and were blessed and inspired by speaker Stacy McDonald.

And someone celebrated her 49th birthday...

Counting my blessings one by one and giving thanks for all the Lord has done and is doing in my life -- for the grace and mercy He extends to this imperfect lump of clay. How about you? What are you thankful for today?

With prayers for all those impacted by Sandy. Be safe out there!

~Lisa

  2. So much goodness happening in your neck of the woods! It is so neat to see that woodshed coming to reality! ((happy dance)) May your home be warm, healthy and happy this coming year. And I need to get my act together and get a package off to you asap! May it not get hung up at the border.

    2. Thanks so much, Mary, for your sweet comment. :) The link on the music is to the song they're learning being played by the composer, NOT by D & A. They're still working on it and have quite a long way to go...

      Blessings,

      ~Lisa :)
