hello from the Oregon coast :)

With a hot cup of espresso, a warm fire, the sound of rain dripping outside, and the quiet and peace that comes from rising early, I bid a happy Reformation Day to you all. I'm not big on Halloween and instead prefer to remember the work of reformation begun by Luther way back in 1517 -- almost 500 years ago today. Understand, I'm not against cute costumes and little kids and candy or even trick or treating and harvest parties; it's the icky, scary side of Halloween that we avoid.

But back to the Reformation...

The following brief podcast by Dr. R.C. Sproul Jr. isn't so much about Luther but about the finding the courage to light a new reformation.

Wishing you courage and peace,

~Lisa
